Commit 31ff20003341a8ae8e0782c32039abdbc22a8a7d by chenran feat: support lane-based SC turn-in-place and mixed transitions Classify near-coincident search points as normal rotations, use lane headings, and preserve earlier open-space maneuvers in mixed commands. Coordinate arrival stops, rotation paths, scenario selection, and route handoff. Validated with distributed builds, passing-point and SC rotation test suites, and live forward, reverse, and mixed-command simulation replays.
